Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026
This policy describes NTTN’s intended launch practices and should receive Canadian privacy-law review before live payments begin.
Information NTTN collects
NTTN may collect business and venue contact information, account and authentication information, purchase and event-credit history, venue settings, technical diagnostics, game participation information, player display names, submitted answers, and audio provided when a player chooses to use a voice-answer feature.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, approve and support venues, process purchases, maintain event-credit records, operate and improve games, detect abuse or fraud, troubleshoot technical problems, provide customer support, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. NTTN does not intend to store complete payment-card or online-banking credentials. Stripe may collect payment, identity, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.
Service providers
NTTN uses service providers for authentication, hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, communications, and AI-assisted game functions. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those providers to perform services for NTTN or as required by law.
Retention and security
NTTN will retain business, transaction, tax, security, and event records for as long as reasonably required for the service and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Player choices
Players can participate using a phone browser without downloading a dedicated player app. Access to a phone microphone is requested only when a player chooses a voice-answer feature. Players may use the text-based game flow where available.
Access and questions
Venue customers may request access to or correction of their account information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Privacy questions may be sent to rob.overholt@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or banking credentials by email.
