Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

This policy is intended to be clear and practical. It should receive Canadian legal review before NTTN begins accepting live payments.

Unused event credits

Purchased credits do not expire while NTTN continues operating normally. A venue may keep unused credits for a future event rather than booking every credit immediately.

Before an event is scheduled

If a venue believes it purchased the wrong pack or made a duplicate purchase, it should contact NTTN promptly. NTTN will review unused purchases individually and provide any refund required by applicable law.

Scheduled-event changes

Because NTTN personally prepares venues and event content, venues should provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting a schedule change. NTTN will make reasonable efforts to move the event credit to another mutually agreeable date.

Technical interruption

A temporary interruption, restart, reconnect, or reasonable retry during the same event does not consume another credit. If a material NTTN-controlled technical failure prevents an event from being delivered, NTTN will ordinarily restore the credit or reschedule the event. Failures caused by a venue’s internet connection, power, display, sound system, or other local equipment will be reviewed fairly based on the circumstances.

Completed events

A credit used for a substantially completed event is not refundable merely because attendance, sales, or player participation did not meet expectations.

Service discontinuation

If NTTN permanently discontinues the service because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, unused-credit treatment will be governed by the Terms of Service and applicable Canadian law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
