Terms of Service
Effective August 24, 2026
These terms are written for transparency and should receive Canadian legal review before NTTN begins accepting live payments.
1. The service
Name This Tune Network Inc. ("NTTN") provides hosted interactive music-trivia software and related venue-event services. Access is intended for approved business and venue customers in Canada.
2. Event credits
Purchases provide prepaid hosted-event credits, not a monthly subscription. One credit covers one complete hosted event or game night. Rounds, halftime, restarts, browser refreshes, network reconnects, display reconnects, and reasonable retries within the same event do not consume additional credits.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are stated in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. GST and applicable provincial sales taxes are added based on the information available at checkout. Hardware, shipping, installation, and special setup services are separate unless explicitly included in a written quote.
4. Venue responsibilities
The venue is responsible for a compatible display and playback setup, reliable internet service, safe operation of its premises, and lawful public performance and use of content at the venue. NTTN may provide setup guidance but does not control a venue’s network, television, sound system, patrons, or premises.
5. Accounts and authorized use
Account credentials and host access must be kept secure. Venue owners may authorize staff to host events, but access may not be resold, shared with unrelated organizations, copied, reverse engineered, or used outside approved venues without written permission.
6. Availability
NTTN will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party platform outages, equipment faults, legal requirements, and events beyond reasonable control may affect service. When practical, NTTN will work directly with the venue to reschedule an affected unused event credit.
7. Credits and service discontinuation
Purchased credits do not expire while NTTN continues operating normally. If NTTN permanently discontinues the service because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, unused-credit treatment will be subject to these terms and applicable Canadian law. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Conduct and suspension
NTTN may suspend access reasonably believed to involve fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, threats to the service, non-payment, or material violation of these terms. NTTN will use reasonable efforts to contact the venue when circumstances permit.
9. Intellectual property
NTTN and its original software, interface, branding, prompts, game logic, graphics, and documentation remain the property of Name This Tune Network Inc. Third-party music, recordings, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
